Jessica Askew is the Business Manager at Hampton Woods Apartments. She has been with Fogelman for almost 8 years and just recently she received her CAM designation. In Jessica’s spare time she likes to spend time with her twin 8 year old boys, her 19 month old daughter and her husband. She has 2 boxer dogs and a cat. Jessica enjoys spending time with her family watching movies and loves to go horseback riding.

Lara Golike is currently the District Marketing Manager and Leasing Mentor with Fogelman Management Group in Kansas City. Prior to her current position, she was a leasing agent with Fogelman in St. Louis. Since relocating to the Kansas City area, Lara has received her CAM designation and has become very involved with the AAKC by serving on the nominating committee and trade show committee. Lara has spent just over 4 years with Fogelman. When not working, you can typically find Lara at the tennis courts, nearest shopping mall or helping her spouse with their dj business.

Nick Conaty is the Assistant Service Director at Hampton Woods. He started with Fogelman in 2007 as a Groundskeeper, then Nick moved to Make Ready Tech and he now holds his current title. In Nicks spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and playing video games.

Brandon Penegar is the Make Ready Tech at Hampton Woods. He has been here since October of 2009. Brandon enjoys anything that involves racing. He participates in racing events with his very own race car.

Abi Suddarth is the Housekeeper at Hampton Woods. Abi has been with Fogelman since 2007. Abi enjoys spending time with friends and is currently going to school at Johnson County Community College to become a Radiology Tech.
